Unified Call of Duty Config

Attempts to be a universal config.cfg and config_mp.cfg editor for Call of Duty games (pre-2019).

Useful for Plutonium and other private servers. I have no plans to include later interations of Call of Duty after WWII as they use a different configuration system.
