cdnutterandClaude Opus 5 b9a8ded252 Reorganize project: move answer file to unattend/, drop unused scripts

- Move unattend-vms-WIPE.xml to unattend/vms-WIPE-DISK.xml; it now runs
  oobe-ltsc.ps1 as its final first-logon command
- Remove MeshAgent.ps1 (folded into oobe-ltsc.ps1) and WinRE.ps1
