Its senior enforcement workplace, Peter Moore, stated: "It is essential that we get the message across that unlicensed medicines can be dangerous.

"These types of items being offered, usually online, have gone through no quality control and there can be no assurance about their security.

"You merely do not know what you are taking or the conditions these items were made in. More significantly, you do not know the result drugs like this may have on your health."
