It no longer needs a specific biome in order to evolve, just time of day (It was wrong anyways, evolving in all biomes *except* Space).

* Thunder should hit flying
* magnitude and fissure should hit dig
* Add battle tag for underwater (dive), allow surf/whirlpool to hit diving
